alternative for children to eat spinach! 
 Ingredients: 
 300 g spinach, boiled and drained, 3 eggs, a carton of cottage cheese, 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, a sprinkle of nutmeg, salt. 
 Mix the ingredients well, pour into a baking dish and sprinkle with grated Parmesan and bread crumbs (a tablespoon) 
 Bake for half an hour over medium heat. 
 You can serve in combination with a hot tomato sauce (we heat our "preserves" with oil and rosemary)
