Ricotta Beignets

to accompany a drink ....
knead into balls:
250 g cheese, parmesan 100, 10 grams of flour, an egg, 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (sage, rosemary, basil, parsley), chopped salt and pepper.
Dip in bread crumbs mixed with a little curry.
Bake in oven at 180 degrees until golden.
